Amanda has two gorgeous dogs, Kai and Keller, both australian shepherds. Outside of work, she runs her own non-profit, Keller’s Cause that aims to educate the public on special needs’ dogs and responsible breeding. Keller’s Cause hopes to prevent “Double Merles” a result of breeding that can produce puppies with hearing and vision disabilities. Please check out their website, and look for her at local animal events! In her free time, Amanda also dabbles in photography and enjoys hiking with Kai and Keller.
Amanda has been with Charm City Vet Hospital since we first opened in January of 2014. She is one of our talented Veterinary Technicians. Prior to coming on board with Charm City she had five years of prior experience in the Veterinary field. Amanda loves working at Charm City because she is able to help animals and continuously learn more about veterinary medicine and animal care. She brings a light-hearted sense of humor to the office when she dresses the hospital cat, Arnold, in all types of hilarious and adorable cat costumes. You may have seen her handi-work on our Facebook page. She also crafts our informative CCVH newsletters, keeping our clients informed of news and local events they can participate in with their pets.
